Our focus is on ensuring the highest efficiency and reliability, recognizing that the final mile matters most.We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to assist with the daily operations of assets and human resources including applications of Company policies and procedures to achieve efficiency, profitability, and good working relations with dispatch, owner-operators, customers and the public.Primary Responsibilies Oversees driver activity to ensure high standards of operation.Ensures customer satisfaction.Recommends training, coaching and discipline.Assists in overseeing the warehouse function.Assist with driver orientation.Handles pre scheduling and route maintenance.Timely appointments and delivery set up.Performs other duties as assigned.Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not requiredExperience RequirementsMinimum 2 year experience in transportation and/or logisticsExperience with Microsoft ExcelSchedule:Morning ShiftMonday to Friday - 9:30am-6:00pm
