We believe strong teams are built through collaboration, speed, accountability, and alignment.\nThis is an opportunity for early career engineers who want real responsibility, real exposure, and real growth inside a fast moving structural engineering firm.\nJob Overview\nWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Structural Engineer EIT to support project design, analysis, and coordination across a wide range of structural projects.\nThe ideal candidate will assist licensed Professional Engineers with structural design, calculations, modeling, and documentation while contributing to innovative and practical engineering solutions.\nThis position requires a strong foundation in structural engineering principles, fluency in structural software, and a commitment to quality and precision.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nWe are not looking for someone who wants to coast.\nWe are looking for someone who wants to grow fast, take ownership, and strengthen our team.\nStructural engineering experience is a must. This is not a general civil position. Direct exposure to structural systems, load paths, detailing, and analysis is required.\nCandidates must have 1 to 3 years of experience working specifically in structural engineering.\nResponsibilities\nAssist licensed Professional Engineers with structural design and analysis\nPrepare structural calculations, technical reports, and documentation\nDevelop structural plans, details, and construction drawings\nPerform structural modeling and analysis using RISA, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar platforms\nAssist with finite element analysis and system evaluations\nCoordinate structural systems with architectural, mechanical, and civil disciplines\nCollaborate with project managers, drafters, and construction teams\nParticipate in internal design meetings and constructability discussions\nSupport project scheduling, material specifications, and cost estimating efforts\nConduct site visits and assist with field observations as needed\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field\nEIT certification required\n1 to 3 years of structural engineering experience required\nStrong understanding of load paths, structural systems, and detailing principles\nProficiency in structural analysis software such as RISA, ETABS, SAP2000 or similar\nWorking knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit required\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\nAbility to work full time in our Fort Myers office\nStrong communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced team environment\nInterview Process\nAll candidates should be prepared to complete a technical assessment as part of the interview process.\nThis assessment is designed to gauge your structural fluency, problem solving ability, and understanding of core engineering fundamentals.
