Assigns and monitors staff responsibilities.\nPerforms evaluations of staff.\nSigns off as QDDP to meet state and federal guidelines\nIn conjunction with the Program Dir., develops & manages individual program budgets.\n\nScope of Position:\nSupervise 1-5 employees\nManage annual Shared Living Provider budget of $4-7 million\nManage Shared Living Provider respite budget of $1-3 million\nProvide oversight and support to 100-150 Shared Living Providers\nProvide oversight to housing supports of 100-150 consumers\n\nKey Knowledge, Skills and Abilities to successfully perform this job:\nStrong supervisory, management and organization skills as demonstrated by a program that functions smoothly, produces significant results with consumers, and encourages staff to grow professionally and personally.\nDemonstrated ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships within and outside the agency.\nDemonstrated ability to prepare and administer the individual program budget by maintaining salary costs and other expenses within budgeted amounts, by maximizing all funding such as grants, Medicaid, Medicare Waivers, etc. without exceeding the total amount allocated.\nDemonstrated ability to effectively interview and select candidate’s best suited to the position.\nActs in accordance with all agency policies.\nDemonstrated ability to hold staff accountable to agency policies and procedures.\nDemonstrated ability to hold staff accountable to productivity standards and time, billing, and records documentation standards.\nProvides properly scheduled, effective performance evaluations based on employee job descriptions, with balanced review of successful and less than successful performance.\nDemonstrated ability to provide feedback to staff for both positive and negative performance and behavior.\nDemonstrated ability to effectively resolve workplace conflict.\nDemonstrated ability to deal effectively with problem employees.\nDemonstrated ability to maintain low staff turnover and high staff morale.\nDemonstrates, models, and actively supports program service philosophies.\nActively supports the Program Director.\nCommunicates necessary information from upper level management to staff.\nDemonstrated ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively.\nDemonstrated pursuit of personal and professional growth and development.\n\nRelationships:\nReports directly the Developmental Services Program Assistant Director & Director\nCoordinates with other Program Coordinators and managers, clinicians, and treatment team members.\nAdministratively supervises Team Leaders, Program Developers, Outreach Specialists, SLP’s, and others.\nRepresents agency with local and state agencies.\n\nQualification Statements:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
