Other duties may be assigned.Manage Support and Production Technical Product Issue EscalationsConduct Failure analysis tests to determine root cause of product failuresWork with component and technology vendors to report issues and gain resolutionManage Technical Engineering Change RequestsProvide Technical Pre-Sales Support to Sales and Marketing DepartmentsOversee the Creation of product test plans for the NPI processConduct On-site Product Installation and Upgrade ServicesWork with the Product Management team to introduce new componentsGenerate test procedures for ProductionCreate Product Advisories and/or Addendums for Production that detail product limitations, and/ or workaroundsCreate Test PlansExecute Test PansCreate product documentationConduct advanced R&D projects as assigned.
