Label parts correctly and arrange them to facilitate tracking and issuing.\nMaintain proper inventory control. Ensure that all items entering and leaving the warehouse have complete and proper documentation.\nTrack and issue all inventory purchase orders. This includes sorting, filing, and sending copies and maintaining the purchase order log. Complete, verify, and price out all purchase orders.\nProcess, track, and prepare all local A/P invoices and POs for inventory within 48 hours of receiving them. Verify inventory invoices have been applied to job costing and are coded correctly prior to sending them on for approval.\nDetermine the proper vendor and costs for all purchases. Search all warehouses in the inventory system prior to ordering to check for in-stock items.\nIssue the correct parts to the correct jobs and verify work orders for accuracy.\nOrder and receive equipment to facilitate installation and service by maintaining a minimum stock of materials\nPerform a quarterly physical count of inventory.\nMaintain proper documentation for damaged and defective parts being sent for repair or credit, verifying that equipment repairs and warranty parts are turned into the vendor for credit.\nRun weekly Open Purchase Orders, Repair Orders, and Suggested Purchase Orders Reports.\nAssist customers with questions regarding equipment invoices, parts quantities, purchase orders, and tracking of parts shipments.\nComplete requests for credit as needed and obtain necessary approvals.\nWhat you’ll need:\nHigh level of accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent organization skills\nMust be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.\nMust be able to write routine reports and correspondence.\nMust be able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nInventory experience is preferred.\nMotivated team player with a positive attitude and desire to learn and deliver high-quality work\nStrong customer service skills and a genuine desire to interact with customers, including maintaining a professional appearance.\nMust be willing to submit to drug testing and a background check\n\nWork with the best!
