Case Coordinator Location: Lakewood, NJ Company: True Progress Therapy Organization: True Progress Therapy Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Case Coordinator to join our team at True Progress Therapy. As a Case Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ABA therapy services, working closely with our clinical team to coordinate therapy sessions, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their families. Responsibilities: Coordinate therapy sessions, including scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling appointments as needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress, including behavior data, treatment plans, and progress reports Communicate regularly with clients, families, and clinical staff to ensure effective coordination of services Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of each client's treatment plan and goals Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for clients, families, and funding sources Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new initiatives and strategies Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred 1 years of experience in a related field (ABA therapy or social services) Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficiency in electronic record-keeping systems and Microsoft Office What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate: $25- $35 per hour Opportunities for professional growth and development in the field of ABA therapy Collaborative and supportive work environment with a dedicated team of professionals How to Apply: If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
