This role helps ensure the program operates efficiently by coordinating resident onboarding, maintaining records, supporting communication efforts, and assisting with program logistics.\nThe ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping young adults successfully transition into independent living. Experience working with group homes, foster care, juvenile programs, social services, or other youth-focused organizations is strongly preferred.\nBecause Shine Community Impact is a faith-based, 501c3 organization. The Program Coordinator should support the ministry’s Christian mission and help foster an environment characterized by compassion, accountability, encouragement, and personal growth.
