Learn more at pros.com.\n\nDay in the Life of the Software Engineer I:\n\nYou will be part of the product team that is responsible to build primarily using Java, deploy in Azure cloud, monitor, and troubleshoot deployment issues using available metrics and tools.\n\nDesign and develop product features\nFix product bugs, and deployment issues\nDeploy/Upgrade the product in customer environments in Azure cloud\nUpdate monitoring/alerting capabilities in the product as well as in deployment\nOptimize operations by continuously automating repeatable tasks\nAssist with deployment issue investigations\nTo achieve above, you will collaborate with fellow Developers, DevOps Engineers, Support Team, Infrastructure team on daily basis. At times, engage with end-user to troubleshoot issues.\nThe product is: real-time, scalable, geo-distributed, with aggressive performance SLA, highly available.\n\nRequired Qualifications - About you:\n\nWe are looking for candidates who possess the combination of the following achievements, skills and behaviors:\n\nExperience in software development for 0-2 years\nExperience with Object Oriented Programming (e.g., Java, C#, C++)\nKnowledge of REST API’s\nMust be a self-starter and enjoy working in a team with other passionate professionals\nOutstanding analytical, problem solving and verbal & written communication skills\nWillingness to try new technologies in-depth\nExperience in fast paced agile development working model\n\nHighly Preferred:\n\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline\nHands-on experience in delivering SaaS applications, monitoring, troubleshooting.\nUnix Shell Scripting, ruby/python/perl, Unix Administration\nExperience with monitoring tools like Prometheus etc. Experience with REACT or JavaScript\n\nAI Fluency & Growth Mindset- We welcome candidates who:\n\nUnderstand core AI concepts and apply them ethically to enhance productivity, insights, and decision-making.\nCraft effective prompts to optimize the quality and relevance of AI-generated outputs.\nExplore and apply agentic AI systems, using or managing autonomous agents to streamline workflows and automate tasks.\nLeverage AI tools to boost efficiency, creativity, and innovation in their daily work.\nStay curious and adaptable, continuously experimenting with AI-driven solutions to elevate team performance and customer impact.\n\nWork Environment:\n\nMost work activities are performed in an office or home-office environment and require little to moderate physical exertion.
