We are looking for a Cloud Architect for one of our FEDERAL projects.\nJob Description:\nThe Cloud Architect designs, develops, implements, utilizes, and conforms to enterprise cloud architecture application solutions, strategies, processes, and standards, focusing on expertise in cloud technologies.\nCollaborates with business owners, analysts, architects, development teams, and infrastructure services to define, establish, and communicate application and data architecture standards, policies, and directions.\nDesigns high quality architectures, and drives architecture activities that are aligned to established organization requirements consistent with enterprise architectural standards.\nHas expert knowledge in Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS)\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in business, science, technology, engineering or math or related field with a minimum of eight (8) years’ experience.\nAdditional Description:\nGood to have knowledge on :\nMicrosoft Azure\nAmazon Web Services (AWS)\nGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP)\nKubernetes\nLinux Sys Admin (e.g. Ubuntu)\n.NET\nPHP\nScripting Languages (Bash Shell/PowerShell)\nGIT\nInfrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform/Ansible\nCI/CS/CD\nAll work must comply with all relevant Fairfax County standards.
