We manufacture and deliver a wide range of instrumentation and control solutions for the Oil & Gas Production and Natural Gas Compression markets. Our products improve the protection, performance, and reliability of the Natural Gas Supply Chain while protecting our environment and creating systems and equipment to help producers stay in compliance and meet stringent emission regulations. We offer competitive pay and benefits and the ability to be a key member of a growing and innovative company.\n\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nPlan and implement the production equipment for electronic lines to provide the maximum production efficiency and utilization of facilities and equipment.\nApply lean manufacturing principles to optimize work/process flow, to include change over time for testing equipment.\nWork with the Operations team to make operational adjustments as necessary, to ensure continued growth in productivity and efficiency, by reviewing KPIs, daily.\nInvestigate and implement new technologies to digitalize and automate product manufacturing and machine connectivity within the plant.\nDocument standard work, including creation of work instructions, recording, and analyzing cycle times, and value stream mapping.\nPositively influence personnel during process changes, and successfully manage that change.\n\nWHAT YOU’LL BRING\nBachelor’s degree in electrical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering.\n3+ years’ professional experience in manufacturing engineering and operations, preferred industry is electronics manufacturing and/ or instrumentation.\nEffective communication and reporting skills with the ability to proactively meet with management and inform of important developments.\nStrong problem-solving skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office tools as needed to create spreadsheets, standard work instructions, and other documents.\n\nALSO GREAT IF YOU BRING/ PREFERENCES\nIndustry experience in controls, electronics, manufacturing, and/or oil & gas.\nPractical knowledge of continuous improvement practices, formal problem solving (Ishikawa Diagram, A3, 5 Why, etc.,), and lean manufacturing principles.\nExperience successfully leading projects.\n\nDOVER PRECISION COMPONENTS\nDover Precision Components ‘DPC’ (‘the Company’) is part of Dover Corporation’s (‘the Parent Company’) Pumps and Process solutions segment.
