Our client, an award-winning full service law firm is seeking a senior employment attorney (associate, counsel, or partner) to join their team as an employment law partner.Highlights of this position include:No portable business requiredBetter work-life balance: Billable hours are set at 1800, notably lower than market peers.Strong compensation: Base salary is expected to land in the low $400s.Flexibility: This firm offers fully supported hybrid and remote work arrangements.The ideal candidate will have:Active CA Bar membership in good standing.A strong academic background (top law school or a strong GPA from a nationall recognized law school).Seven or more years of employment defense experience (litigation and counseling) at a reputable law firm of any size.
