This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work\neffectively as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\n1. Manufacturing:\n Perform manual assembly tasks, such as attaching parts, fastening components,\nor operating machinery to manufacture or modify products.\n Follow detailed instructions, blueprints, or diagrams to ensure accurate assembly\nand adherence to quality standards.\n Inspect finished products to verify conformance to specifications and identify\nany defects or abnormalities.\n Operate machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures\n(SOPs).\n Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and productivity\ntargets are met.\n2. Inspection:\n Perform manual assembly tasks, such as attaching parts, fastening components,\nor operating machinery to fabricate products.\n Follow detailed instructions, blueprints, or diagrams to ensure accurate assembly\nand adherence to quality standards.\n Inspect finished products to verify conformance to specifications and identify\nany defects or abnormalities.\n3. Packaging and Labeling:\n Perform manual assembly tasks, such as attaching parts, fastening components,\nor operating machinery to fabricate products.\n Follow detailed instructions, blueprints, or diagrams to ensure accurate assembly\nand adherence to quality standards.\n Inspect finished products to verify conformance to specifications and identify\nany defects or abnormalities.\n4. Repairing:\n Replacing or repairing damaged items.\n Supporting manager to repair manufacturing facilities if it is broken.\n5. Collaboration:\n Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor equipment malfunctions.\n Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and\nreduce waste.\n Keep the production area and building clean, organized, and compliant with 5S\nstandards.\n Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve production\ngoals.\n Assemble components and office products that is related to production area.\n6. Facility Support and Equipment Setup:\n Assemble office and factory fixtures, carts, desks, and related equipment\n Support assembly and setup of office furniture and production support materials\n Perform basic mechanical assembly of workplace equipment and material\nhandling carts.\nQualifications:\n Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.\n Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.\n Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for performing repetitive tasks with\nprecision.\n Certified forklift operator is preferred.\n Effective communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.\n Ability to use tools preferred.\n English skill is necessary.\n Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly work preferred but not\nrequired.\n Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, or technical drawings.\n Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and performing calculations related to\nproduction metrics.\n Willingness to learn new skills, follow instructions, and adapt to changing production\nrequirements.\nProduction Operator should understand whole products that is produced in Bastrop Campus.\nThis job has responsibility for manufacturing.
