Job OverviewFairview is seeking a Same Day Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinics – Burnsville. The Same Day Nurse Practitioner will provide full-scope care for same-day patient needs, including acute and chronic condition management and in-office procedures, as appropriate. Also provides cross-coverage for provider in-baskets during absences, with dedicated schedule time allocated. Fully integrated EPIC electronic medical record Multidisciplinary team-based care model M Health Fairview Clinic – Burnsville is adjacent to Fairview Ridges Hospital. Primary Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions Perform histories and physical exams Order and interpret diagnostics Develop and manage care plans Prescribe medications Patient education and communication Documentation and follow-up Collaboration with care team Referrals and care coordination Community InformationBurnsville is a suburban city south of Minneapolis, known for its convenient location and diverse community. Board certified or board eligible as a Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Minnesota.
