This role ensures reliable, secure access to McLeod Transportation Management Systems (TMS) across on-premises and hosted environments.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesConsult with customers on best practices for IT, networking, and web services solutionsInstall and configure McLeod solutions including databases and web services componentsSet up and maintain secure web-based endpoints and integrationsConfigure and troubleshoot firewalls, LAN/WAN connectivity, VPNs, proxies, load balancers, and WAFsCreate, install, renew, and troubleshoot SSL/TLS certificatesManage DNS configurations for customer-owned and McLeod-managed domainsProvide 2nd-tier systems, hardware, database, and web services supportSupport customer migrations including P2P, P2H, and H2P scenariosPerform web application and browser troubleshooting.Ensure security configurations comply with industry best practices.Document environments, endpoints, certificates, and configurations.Support upgrades, patching, onboarding, and go-live activities.Ability to travel to customer sites up to 10%.CompetenciesAbility to learn internal software and systemsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage competing projects and priorities effectivelyAbility to interact with varying organizational levels confidentlyAbility to communicate technical information coherently to a variety of stakeholdersStrong customer service skillsQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
