We work hard, and we operate with a high degree of trust, agency, and ownership.\r\nJob Summary\r\nAs a Technical Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging exceptional technical candidates to help us meet our hiring goals, build robust pipelines of high-quality candidates for engineering, and other technical roles.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\n\r\n\r\nBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier technical candidates to support current and future hiring needs.\r\n\r\n\r\nProactively source, engage, and nurture relationships with top technical talent using various sourcing tools and strategies.\r\n\r\n\r\nScreen and assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.\r\n\r\n\r\nContinuous refine, improve pitches to attract top tier candidates.\r\n\r\n\r\nMaintain accurate and organized candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).\r\n\r\n\r\nFoster a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and engagement.\r\n\r\n\r\nStay up to date with industry best practices and emerging sourcing tools.\r\n\r\n\r\nQualifications\r\n\r\n\r\nExperience: 2+ years of experience in technical sourcing, recruiting, or a related field.\r\n\r\n\r\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field.\r\n\r\n\r\nHigh efficiency.
