The Warehouse Manager will maintain high levels of accuracy in day-to-day operations, lead and develop the warehouse team and provide impeccable order fulfillment.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities:\n\n* Ensure an efficient warehouse operation to fulfill operational and customer demand.\n* Work effectively with other departments to ensure coordination of sales, inventory, and on time distribution. Strive for 100% correct fulfillment.\n* Serve as the on-site inventory control expert. Conduct daily reviews of stock levels to ensure replenishment is on hand.\n* Maintain inventory accuracy within the warehouse operations. Investigate and implement corrective actions for inventory discrepancies.\n* Establish operational procedures for activities such as verification of delivery, handling and disposition of materials.\n* Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policy and applicable law.\n* Recruit, manage, and evaluate warehouse personnel for optimum performance.\n* Provide a safe working environment, adhering to Safety and Environmental procedures and ensuring they are understood and practiced by the team at all times.\n\nSkill Requirements:\n\n* Successful management experience including but not limited to: leadership and motivational ability, time management and organizational skills, training, coaching and counseling.\n* Mathematical and analytical skills necessary to plan and fulfill short term and long term customer orders.
