This position is responsible for implementing critical software modules for Nuix with a high degree of independence and requires an excellent knowledge of software development technologies.\n\nThis position will be based in our Pittsburgh office. The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of 2-3 days per week but may voluntarily elect to work either remotely or from the Pittsburgh office for the remaining days of the week.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDeliver scalable and performant solutions as part of an Agile team\n\nCollaborate across teams to achieve seamless integrations between multiple projects\n\nDevelop software from approved designs and/or requirements adhering to all relevant standards and making efficient use of Nuix’s software development environment\n\nDeliver software via a mature continuous integration/delivery strategy\n\nDesign, develop, and perform unit, system, and integration tests of software components\n\nParticipate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, backlog grooming and technical design discussions\n\nEnsure code quality meets relevant coding standards and maintainability\n\nConduct code reviews and contribute to a collaborative team environment\n\nMaintaining and enhancing application APIs including GraphQL\n\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\n\n2-4 years experience in a similar role\n\nStrong software development skills in a middle tier technology (C#, Java, NodeJS)\n\nStrong software development skills in a front-end framework (React, Ext JS)\n\nExperience with cloud technologies with a preference towards AWS\n\nFamiliarity with databases (MS SQL, ElasticSearch)\n\nDemonstrate ability to solve complex problems\n\nAbility to troubleshoot issues and software bugs using appropriate tools and strategies\n\nA willingness to follow good development practices, such as writing unit tests, performing code reviews, and meeting quality gates\n\nA desire to follow agile methodologies\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast paced, agile environment with a sense of urgency and attention to detail\n\nWillingness to learn & develop professionally by staying up-to-date with the latest software trends\n\nhttps://www.nuix.com/\n\nAs we expand our global team and extend our skills and expertise, we are unified as one Nuix team guided by our shared values.\n\nNuix Vision Finding Truth in a Digital World.\n\nNuix Mission Statement Nuix creates innovative software that empowers organizations to simply and quickly find the truth from any data in a digital world.
