This role entails the ability to deliver instructional design, learning technology, measurement & evaluation and training delivery. Liaison between Training and the business, filling gaps between technology and flow. Special Projects as needed.\n\nRequired:\nCustomer Service work experience.\nInbound call taking or Outbound calling: sales, marketing and business to business.\nMastery of customer service, analytical and problem solving skills.\nExcellent verbal/written communication skills.\nStrong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of customers.\nDemonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.\nDemonstrated team behavior, including conflict resolution, personal and team accountability, openness to influence and team commitment.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with all levels of customers both within and outside HSB.\nAbility to handle multiple projects & tasks.\nAbility to work well in stressful, rapidly changing environment\n\nDesired:\nExcellent PC skills using Word, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite preferred.\nCollege degree or 2 years of work experience preferred.\nBachelors of Science in Business Management.\nExperience in providing excellent customer service either on the front-line or in the back office.\nKnowledge of HSB's products and services.\nFamiliar with HSB specific system applications.\n\nThe Hartford Steam Boiler, a subsidiary of Munich Re, we see Diversity and Inclusion as a solution to the challenges and opportunities all around us.
