Job Description Material Handler (Warehouse) — Sparks Glencoe, MD (On-site)Pay: $22.15/hr (W2)Schedule: 1st shift — Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (OT as needed)Location: Sparks Glencoe, MD (on-site)Type: Temporary assignmentOpenings: 2Interview: In-personStart: Targeting around June 10, 2026Safety shoes requiredPosition SummaryThe Material Handler is responsible for the safe and accurate movement of product within the distribution center. This role supports inbound/outbound operations, order processing, inventory movement, and shipment preparation using ERP/WMS systems and RF technology.What You’ll DoPick, pack, and process customer orders using RF scanning (scan barcodes, pick/label boxes)Perform pallet/case picking and pallet buildingPalletize, re-palletize, and assist with dock/manifest activities (including shrink wrap)Load/unload inbound and outbound shipments using WMS processesReplenish picking locations and transport pallets as needed using material handling equipment (MHE)Follow SOPs, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and safety requirementsMaintain a clean, organized work area and help support warehouse security and quality goalsComplete required training modules and maintain equipment certifications (as applicable)RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDWarehouse experience required (including picking/pulling)Experience working with production orders and Bill of Materials (BOM)Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven distribution environmentAbility to read and interpret distribution documentsStrong teamwork and communication skillsExperience with material handling equipment preferred (examples may include order picker, reach truck, counterbalance, dock stocker)Ability to use RF/voice scanners (as required)Physical Requirements / Work EnvironmentFrequent standing/walking, bending, reaching, pushing/pulling, and repetitive hand motionMay lift up to 50 lbs in some areasRegular exposure to moving mechanical equipmentInterested?Reply with your resume and the best phone number/time to reach you.Austin FarisA-Line Staffing SolutionsPhone: 5867107941
