The people who join our team share in that same commitment and pride.Position SummaryThe Marketing & Brand Communications Coordinator plays a key role in supporting and strengthening the Microtech brand across digital, print, and internal communication channels. This position is responsible for managing projects within the marketing function, coordinating content and campaigns, supporting social media strategy and execution, writing and editing brand-aligned communications, and helping ensure consistent messaging across the company.This role requires a high-energy, organized, detail-oriented professional who can move quickly, manage multiple priorities, and work cross-functionally with departments across the business. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, confident communicator, creative thinker, and reliable executor who thrives in a dynamic, brand-driven environment.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage marketing-related projects from concept through execution, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and communication stay on trackDevelop, write, edit, and publish content across digital and print platforms, including social media, blogs, newsletters, internal communications, website updates, and promotional materialsSupport and manage daily social media activity, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, coordinating responses, and maintaining a consistent brand presenceBuild and maintain social media calendars, editorial calendars, campaign timelines, and event-related communication plansWrite clear, polished, and brand-appropriate copy for external and internal audiencesDraft and execute email marketing communications, including announcements, campaigns, newsletters, and branded outreachCollaborate closely with Sales, Customer Relations, Engineering, Operations, Leadership, and other departments to gather information and ensure accurate, timely communicationSupport brand consistency across all written, digital, and visual communication channelsMonitor social channels, audience engagement, competitor activity, and relevant market trends to identify opportunities and improve performanceTrack and report on marketing and social media performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvementCoordinate content and messaging for company events, advertising, launches, campaigns, and promotionsReview and edit internal and external communications for grammar, clarity, tone, consistency, and alignment with company standardsMaintain organized marketing files, content libraries, and shared assets on internal systems and serversReference internal documentation and cross-functional input to ensure product, event, and communication details are accurateParticipate in daily and weekly meetings with Marketing, Sales, and other departments to align priorities and executionSupport a work environment that is creative, entrepreneurial, solutions-focused, team-oriented, and brand-consciousWhat You’ll Need to WinBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field preferred2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, brand support, project coordination, or digital marketing requiredAt least 2 years of experience supporting or managing social media content and communication efforts preferredStrong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to create polished, public-facing contentExperience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and XExperience with social media scheduling or content management toolsExperience with email marketing platforms and campaign coordinationStrong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-energy work environmentAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple departmentsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel,
