Exceptional customer service is a major.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nPerform all tasks and responsibilities of a Wingstop crew member.\r\nEnsure each guest receives outstanding service by greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge, and all other components of Guest Service.\r\nTrain newer or less experienced crew members in their tasks and responsibilities.\r\nPractice inventory control standards.\r\nEnsure store policies are followed by all staff members.\r\nEnsure appropriate cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards are maintained.\r\nOpen and/or close the restaurant and meet required work hours.\r\nManage and motivate the crew members.\r\nCoordinate breaks effectively and quickly.\r\nAssemble and package orders according to the Wingstop standard.\r\nAssist all other positions when necessary.\r\nAssist in keeping the kitchen and dining room clean throughout the shift.\r\nEnsure crew members are always health safety conscious.\r\nResolve customer issues efficiently and with a good attitude.\r\nEnsure the store is clean at closing: equipment accounted for and put back, trash covered and packed neatly, floors swept and mopped, and all other daily closing procedures are followed.\r\nPromote the Wingstop brand and uphold mandatory operating requirements including QSC requirements.\r\nEnforce the Wingstop uniform and jewelry policy.\r\nEnsure each guest has a positive, long-lasting impression of the Wingstop experience.\r\nControl cash: voids or refunds are accounted for.\r\nMeet daily and weekly cleaning tasks.\r\nMeet order quote times and adjust for peak business hours.\r\nAvoid overtime for crew unless it is an emergency and approved by the general manager.\r\nMaintain a well-managed and organized kitchen for each position during peak periods.\r\nRepresent the Wingstop brand.\r\nEqual Opportunity Employment\r\nWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
