{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"67d6a9d7313736e57ebdb8cc","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/67d6a9d7313736e57ebdb8cc","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/67d6a9d7313736e57ebdb8cc","title":"Procurement Analyst","description":"Job: Sr. Procurement Analyst\r\nPay Range: $25-$30/hr\r\nDuration: 4+ Month Contract\r\nLocation: Chicago Illinois 60661\r\nWhat We'll Bring:\r\nWe strive to build an environment where our associates are in the drivers seat of their professional development, while having access to help along the way.\r\nWe encourage everyone to pursue passions and take ownership of their careers.\r\nWith the support of colleagues and mentors, our associates are given the tools needed to get where they want to go.\r\nRegardless of job titles, our associates have the opportunity to learn new things and be a leader every day.\r\nJob Description:\r\nImpact Youll Make:\r\nThis role will act as a key analyst of the Responsible Procurement team and is responsible for supporting supply chain sustainability and inclusion procurement initiatives.\r\nThis role will partner and collaborate with stakeholders across Procurement, Third Party Risk, Operations, Legal, DEIB, and external suppliers to ensure data quality, strengthen governance, support client and regulatory reporting, and drive continuous improvement in responsible procurement practices.\r\nThe Sr. Analyst role combines analytics, program operations, reporting responsibilities across both supply chain sustainability and inclusion, supporting goals of building an inclusive, resilient, and environmentally responsible supply chain.\r\nThis is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned location for a minimum of two days a week.\r\nSupplier Inclusion Responsibilities\r\nMaintain and validate spend derived from suppliers of less conventional sources including spend, certifications, and KPIs.\r\nSupport internal and external recurring supplier inclusion reporting (e.g., leadership dashboards, client requests, client/supplier questionnaires, company surveys).\r\nRespond to responsible sourcing related RFP and due diligence requests from client teams.\r\nConduct spend segmentation, analysis and opportunity assessments to identify supplier growth potential.\r\nSupport recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of new suppliers to reporting program.\r\nMaintain governance artifacts, program resources, and internal resource pages.\r\nSupply Chain Sustainability Responsibilities\r\nSupport supply chain Scope 3 data collection, category modeling, and supplier engagement.\r\nMaintain sustainable procurement scorecards and dashboards for Sourcing and category teams.\r\nContribute to ESG disclosures, including climate related metrics and supply chain sustainability content.\r\nSupport RFP responses and client questionnaires involving sustainability and ESG topics.\r\nMonitor emerging ESG regulations (e.g., CSRD, SEC climate rules, due?diligence laws) and maintain compliance ready datasets.\r\nCross Functional Program Support\r\nPartner with Procurement to integrate Responsible Sourcing requirements into category strategies and sourcing processes.\r\nIdentify and support process improvements, automation, and data quality enhancements.\r\nAssist in developing training, guidance, and educational materials for internal stakeholders.\r\nEngage suppliers to collect data, communicate expectations, and improve performance.\r\nQualifications and Education:\r\nWhat Youll Bring:\r\n3+ years of experience in procurement, responsible sourcing, sustainability/ESG, supply chain, analytics, or related fields.\r\nStrong analytical skills with experience managing, cleaning, and interpreting structured datasets.\r\nAdvanced Excel skills;
