This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth order processing, shipment coordination, and excellent customer support within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesProcess customer orders, order entry, and shipment scheduling accuratelyCoordinate shipments between manufacturing teams and customersServe as the main point of contact between customers, sales representatives, and internal departmentsHandle customer inquiries related to pricing, delivery schedules, product availability, and termsWork closely with shipping, purchasing, credit & collections, and sales teams to ensure timely serviceTrack order status, delivery timelines, backorders, delays, and substitutionsCommunicate updates to customers and internal stakeholdersManage customer complaints and coordinate resolution with appropriate departmentsPerform administrative tasks including scanning, indexing documents, and processing RMAsSupport continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing system🔹 Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)1–3 years of customer service or related experienceExperience in manufacturing or industrial environment preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to handle high-pressure situations professionallyProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)ERP/CRM experience is a plusMust be able to commute to Florence, KY office as required🔹 What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
