You will be responsible for creating behavior support plans for clients, and training staff under the clinical supervision of a BCBA. The behavior analyst will follow individualized treatment plans, behavior plans, to deliver quality therapeutic services to each individual.\nResponsibilities:\nComplete daily acquisition skills, maintenance, and mastered skills as directed by BCBA\nCollect accurate data on a daily basis Complete all data sheets, programming sheets, progress notes, and billing sheets daily\nCreate behavior plan, individualized treatment plan, and reinforcement schedule as prescribed\nImplement appropriate teaching strategies and behavior modification approaches\nComplete all programming requests from BCBAs in a timely manner\nAdhere to policies and procedures\nAssist in providing a safe environment for all clients and staff\nAssist with problem-solving to improve efficiency and morale within the homes\nAttend weekly meetings and training as requested\nOther duties as assigned\nJob Type: Full-time\nPay: $22+ DOE\nJob Type: Full-time\nBenefits:\n401(k)\n401(k) matching\nFlexible schedule\nHealth insurance\nPaid time off\nSchedule:\n8 hour shift\nMonday to Friday\nApplication Question(s):\nThis position has a requirement of currently have an active BCBA or BCaBA license or be actively pursuing a BCBA or BCaBA license.
