Senior Manager Of Service ProductsThe OpportunityAs the Senior Manager Of Service Products, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving the success of InCharge's InService offering. You'll lead efforts to productize and manage our portfolio of service solutions, helping define and scale innovative, customer-focused services that support operational uptime and long-term performance of EV infrastructure.Your mission will be to create a service product portfolio that evolves with market needs, meets customer expectations, and enables scalable growth. You'll oversee everything from gathering the Voice of the Customer (VoC) and defining product requirements to building business cases, participating in RFPs (in collaboration with Service Operations), and managing product launches.This role ensures service offerings are fully integrated into the service organization, enhanced by InControl, and aligned with the various hardware platforms we support. The team is also responsible for developing and maintaining a product roadmap, ensuring service capabilities remain forward-looking and market-relevant. You'll help translate technical features into business language and ensure sales and operations teams are equipped with the tools and training they need to scale effectively.This role reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer and will own end-to-end oversight of the processes that support asset management and service delivery operations.What You'll DoBe the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) forDefining service product use cases and analyzing the requirements needed to support those use casesCalculating business cases to support new service offeringsSupporting Go/No-Go decisions based on both functional and commercial evaluation criteriaManaging product requirements throughout the lifecycle to ensure cohesive EV Charging Solutions are deliveredSupporting ongoing and new initiatives through documentation, functional requirement development, and project lifecycle participationWorking cross-functionally with internal teams and business stakeholders to develop strategy and drive initiatives forwardPlanning, organizing, and monitoring requirements specificationsCollaborating with Software & Hardware Product Marketing Managers to implement solutions and lead end-to-end testing and data validation effortsCollaborate WithHardware & Software Product Management Teams and Product Engineering to develop new features, set up test cases, and define documentation needsProduct Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to gather VoC, define service requirements, and provide training and documentation to support service scalingReport & EscalateWeekly updates on product development progress and launch initiativesClear escalation of technical issues, process gaps, and inefficienciesalong with improvement recommendationsYour Experience & CapabilitiesBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field5+ years of experience in product management or related areas such as R&D or technical business development, ideally within the energy or clean tech industryStrong understanding of EVSE, Battery Energy Storage, or service operationsExcellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skillsAnalytical mindset and ability to drive data-informed decisionsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsA passion for delivering high-quality, customer-centric service solutionsExperience bringing technology services or products to market in fast-paced environmentsSelf-starter with a strong service orientation and "do what it takes" attitudeUS Salary Range$145,000 - $165,000 USDWhat We OfferFull-time employees enjoy competitive compensation, yearly bonuses, and benefits package including 401(k) matching contribution, health, dental, and vision, cell phone reimbursement, generous vacation, office meals and snacks, team building events and activities throughout the year.Equal Opportunity EmployerEmployment at InCharge Energy is based solely upon individual merit and qualifications directly related to professional competence.
