Customer Service

Join a growing manufacturing business where customer service plays a critical role in delivering a seamless experience from order entry through to shipment and delivery.We are seeking customer-focused professionals to support and coordinate the order management process, working closely with customers, production, logistics, and quality teams. We are open to candidates ranging from experienced Customer Service Representatives through to Customer Service Team Leads or Managers. Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage customer orders within the ERP system.Coordinate order schedules, shipment dates, and delivery expectations.Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution.Work closely with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure customer requirements are met.Maintain accurate order records, reporting, and documentation.Support accounts receivable, customer account management, and administrative activities.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer experience and operational efficiency.For more experienced candidates, opportunities may exist to lead customer service activities, manage workflows, and support team development. What We're Looking ForExperience in customer service, order management, customer support, inside operations, or similar functions.Manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or supply chain experience preferred.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
