Whether your long‑term goal is Project Management, Supervision, or another leadership path, you’ll gain hands‑on experience, strong technical foundations, and support along the way.**sign on bonus offered to candidates willing to relocate to Columbus, OH**Responsibilities:What You’ll Do Project Planning & CoordinationSupport the Project Manager and Superintendent with day‑to‑day project coordination and executionHelp develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating work across subcontractors, suppliers, and field teamsParticipate in constructability reviews and site logistics planning to identify challenges earlyServe as a communication link between the field, designers, owners, and internal teamsTrack progress, documentation, and coordination items using project management softwareField Support, Quality & Safety:Assist with reviewing work to ensure alignment with drawings, specifications, and quality standardsReview submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings for accuracy and completenessSupport layout verification and on‑site coordination to resolve design or installation conflictsParticipate in safety meetings, audits, and pre‑installation reviewsHelp track inspections, testing, and quality documentationCost & Documentation:Assist with identifying, documenting, and tracking scope and cost changesMaintain accurate project records, including RFIs, submittals, drawings, logs, and field reportsSupport purchase order and change documentationParticipate in monthly project reviews and auditsCollaboration & Relationships:Build strong working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partnersCommunicate clearly and proactively to keep teams aligned and issues moving toward resolutionContribute to a jobsite culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and professionalismRepresent with integrity on‑site and within the industryQualificationsWhat You Bring:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred2–5 years of construction experience with a general contractor (internship or full‑time)Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skillsA proactive, team‑oriented mindset and interest in building a long‑term career
