At Symphonic Minds, we believe marketing should inspire and create lasting impact.Role Responsibilities: Edit raw footage into engaging short-form videos Add captions, effects, music, branding, and trending soundsDevelop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goalsRepurpose existing content for TikTok, Reels, and ShortsResearch trends, hashtags, and keywords to boost reachSchedule and post content across platformsCreate engaging hooks to capture attentionManage account activity Research and use trending audio/soundsRepurpose existing content into fresh formatsMonitor analytics and adjust strategy accordinglyManage and grow social media communities across platformsPlan and maintain a consistent content calendarQualifications:Social Media Marketing and Content Creation skillsProficiency in social media management tools and analytics i.e. Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.Experience editing for TikTok, Reels, or ShortsSkilled in CapCut (and familiar with other editing tools a plus)Strong understanding of social media trends and hooksAbility to work independently and deliver on scheduleUnderstanding of algorithms, engagement tactics, and growth strategiesDigital Marketing skillsStrong Communication skillsExperience in the marketing industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plusLocated in the Chicagoland area is a plus
