This role ensures consistent implementation of engineering standards, lessons learned, and tooling processes while supporting program launches and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDesign and deliver final assembly tooling in alignment with GVOSS standards\n\nPartner with engineering teams to implement best practices, standards, and lessons learned\n\nMentor and guide FAE Engineers and tooling integrators through the design process\n\nEnsure production tooling meets application requirements and GVOSS intent\n\nSupport tooling development, validation, and launch readiness activities\n\nMaintain expertise in tooling processes and launch execution\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering\n\n5+ years of experience with GVOSS, tooling, manufacturing processes, and facilities\n\nExperience supporting at least one major program launch\n\nStrong problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven approach\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)\n\nExperience in tool design, tooling development, and modifications\n\nPassion for innovation and continuous improvement\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n10+ years of experience with GVOSS, tooling, and manufacturing processes\n\nBackground with virtual manufacturing tools\n\nExperience in final tool design and delivery\n\nFamiliarity with FAE processes, tooling systems, and joining equipment\n\nStrong collaboration skills with Final Assembly Engineering Integrators\n\nKnowledge of statistical methods (control charts, data collection, analysis)\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\n\nBenefits\n\nMedical, dental, and vision coverage\n\n401(k) plan with employee contribution opportunities\n\nPaid time off, including holidays\n\n529 college savings program\n\nAdditional Information\nPosition is a W2 contract.
