The PM will conduct a program review of all tasks. The PM shall be the Contractor’s on-site representative, liaison, and primary point of interface with Contractor personnel as well as with the Government Technical Representative and COR. The PM or his/her designated representative, shall monitor personnel workload, address performance concerns, immediately inform the COR when a change in Contractor personnel occurs or of any vacancies upon learning and take action to ensure issues are remedied and open positions are filled by a fully qualified individual in accordance with the SDS.\nThis position will support the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) contract located on MacDill, Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida. The primary mission is to lead development, fielding, and transition of state-of-the-art technical collection and exploitation capabilities for advanced surveillance reconnaissance, and intelligence systems for Special Operations Forces (SOF) warfighters.\nEssential Job Functions:\nManage all aspects of program activity including the performance, cost, and schedule of the project. Organize, plan, and direct all contractor support activities. Formulate and review deliverable items and ensure conformance with all prescribed standards and schedules\nManage the day-to-day activities and is directly responsible for supervision of the personnel assigned to this contract\nConfers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority\nDirects and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget\nReviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.\nPrepares project reports for management, client, or others.\nConfers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems\nResponsible for the development and maintenance of project performance/status reports. Interface with customer project personnel and key stakeholders on a continuous basis\nManages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area including technical work, schedules, milestones, deliverables as well as financial and contractual and administrative tasks activities\nSupervises assigned technical and administrative staff, including subordinate supervisors, and performs personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluation\nDirects program activities to meet client and organization work objectives and serves as a liaison with clients to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems\nDevelops key trusted advisor relationships with customers for which they are the point of contact\nAssures quality of products, services, and deliverables, including participating in reviews, audits, and milestone events\nWill assist in financial management services, including financial analysis, budget and cost quote preparation, cost management\nCoordinates and monitors sub-contractor activities and administers subcontractor deliverables and timecards; contract modifications, reporting, expense reports and invoicing/billing.\nPrepares and provides various briefings, reports and technical reviews to senior management as requested and milestone events related to project execution\nEnsures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards\nPerforms business development activities at all stages, including the preparation and review of technical and cost proposals. Identifies and captures opportunities for organic growth within assigned areas and supports enterprise growth activities\nAnalyze and develop solutions to improve current processes and ensure others are aware of and adhere to procedures\nNecessary Skills and Knowledge:\nStrong oral and written communication skills\nExcellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple work streams, multi-task, and work well under tight deadlines\nStrong interpersonal skills and proven experience in building successful partnerships with business and technical groups\nSelf-starter with ability to perform and lead work independently\nStructured problem solving\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to use multiple communication methods (written/visual) to work with all levels of staff\nAbility to interact effectively with a variety of contacts/relationships, including senior-level managers\nMinimum Qualifications:\nProject Manager Professional (PMP) or equivalent DAWIA certification.\nMinimum of 10 years experience managing a large team of forward-deployed field service representatives, engineers and data integrators with experience similar in required tasks, scope, complexity, and duration to the tasks required herein.\nMinimum 5 years’ Experience in USSOCOM assigned organizations, as military, Government Civilian, or contractor.\nAn ACTIVE Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility is required\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in a related field\nPay and Benefits\nAt Goldbelt, we value and reward our team's dedication and hard work.
