This role is responsible for overseeing financial controls, monitoring store performance, identifying operational risks, and ensuring accountability across 55 locations. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced multi-unit environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n Review and analyze store financials, P&Ls, labor, and operational reporting\n\n Investigate and monitor cash shortages, overages, deposits, and variances\n\n Audit cash handling procedures and ensure compliance with company policies\n\nIdentify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for operational improvement\n\n Partner with district leaders and store management to improve financial performance\n\nAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.\n\nEnsure accurate recordkeeping and adherence to internal controls\n\nSupport payroll, inventory, and loss prevention processes\n\nPrepare reports and communicate findings to ownership and leadership teams\n\nHelp develop systems and procedures to strengthen accountability across all locations\n\nQualifications:\n\nPrevious experience in accounting, finance, auditing, or multi-unit operations required\n\nStrong understanding of financial reporting and internal controls\n\nExperience managing or supporting multi-location businesses preferred\n\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nHigh attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information\n\nStrong communication and leadership abilities\n\nProficient in Excel and financial reporting systems\n\nRestaurant or franchise experience is a plus\n\nREQUIREMENTS\n\nIn 1950, Bill Rosenberg opened the first Dunkin' Donuts shop in Quincy, Massachusetts.
