The Pipefitter will install, assemble, and maintain piping systems for mechanical applications, following blueprints, specifications, and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include measuring and cutting pipe, fitting and welding joints, preparing materials and tools, and inspecting completed work for alignment, leaks, and structural integrity. The role involves working with stick MIG and welding equipment, handling various pipe materials, coordinating with supervisors and other trades, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
