This role bridges the gap between marketing strategy and technical execution, ensuring seamless delivery of engaging, scalable, and high-performing digital experiences.\r\nYour Impact\r\nLead end-to-end marketing technology projects, including custom web applications and CMS-based solutions, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.\r\nTranslate marketing objectives into technical requirements and actionable development plans aligned with timelines and deliverables.\r\nDevelop and maintain modern web solutions, including custom applications and CMS platforms (Kontent and AEMaaCS), ensuring quality, performance, and responsive design.\r\nManage and optimize CMS and MarTech platforms, including integrations with CRM, analytics, and personalization tools, while maintaining documentation and best practices.\r\nDrive innovation and optimization by adopting emerging technologies and implementing enhancements to improve user experience, SEO, site performance, and personalization initiatives.\r\nYour Experience And Qualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Web Development, Marketing Technology, or related field with 2 - 4+ years of experience in web development, preferably including AEMaaCS development.\r\nStrong proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript frameworks, REST APIs, Java for AEMaaCS). Experience with AEMaaCS architecture, Sling models, JCR, and Adobe Cloud integrations.\r\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Familiarity with marketing automation, analytics platforms, and tag management tools. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives.\r\nAdobe Certified Expert – AEMaaCS Sites Developer.
