Job DescriptionCertified Reach Truck OperatorLocation: Tolleson, AZ 85353Pay Rate: $18.50/hourShift: Thursday-Saturday + every other Sunday | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AMStart Date: After offerAbout the RoleWe are hiring Certified Reach Truck Operators to support warehouse operations in Tolleson, AZ. Candidates must be fully certified and experienced with reach forklifts. You will be tested on a reach truck during the interview.What You'll DoOperate a reach forklift safely and efficientlyUnload materials and merchandise from incoming trucks and place them in assigned areasMove and stage stock on pallets or crates for storage and shipmentCheck for product damage, shortages, or quality issues and report them immediatelyTransport raw materials to production stationsInspect equipment daily, report repair needs, and perform basic maintenanceMaintain accurate inventory logs and documentationFollow all safety procedures, company policies, and legal guidelinesKeep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Requirements Valid reach forklift certification (required)Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experienceAbility to work a 12-hour overnight shiftStrong attention to detail and familiarity with warehouse equipmentMust be in good physical condition with strong hand-eye coordinationSteel toe boots/shoes requiredMust speak and understand English for safetyOnboarding & Compliance Interview style: In-person; candidates will complete a reach-truck skills testTimekeeping: Client timeclock systemBackground Check: FederalDrug Test: 10-panelI-9 & E-Verify: RequiredDress Code: Jeans and t-shirt (no shorts)Conversion Hours: 480Meet Your Recruiter
