Loan Processor

We are currently hiring a Processor Admin for an in-person role in Texas. This position supports our Processor directly in a fast-paced, hard-money lending environment.Key Focus:Audit and prepare loan files from committed to Clear-to-Close (CTC)Ensure file accuracy, compliance, and complete documentationSupport closing and post-closing processesVerify loan data (ARV, budgets, loan terms, documents)Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely closingsIdeal Candidate:1–3+ years mortgage processing, loan coordination, or similar experienceExperience in title, escrow, or closing is highly preferredBilingual (English/Spanish) preferredExtremely detail-oriented and organizedAble to handle high volume and high-pressure deadlinesStrong follow-up and communication skillsCompensation:$50,000 – $65,000 (depending on experience)W2, in-personBenefits:2 weeks PTO11 paid holidays3 sick daysShort-term disability + life insuranceWe are looking for someone who can start quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
