This is a true end-to-end sales role—responsible for generating pipeline, qualifying opportunities, running demos, and closing deals.This position is ideal for a driven, entrepreneurial salesperson who thrives in a startup environment and wants direct impact on growth, process, and revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect and generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and social outreachIdentify and qualify potential customers within the home services industry (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, etc.)Run product demos and sales presentations for qualified prospectsManage the full sales cycle from first touch through closeBuild and maintain a healthy sales pipelineCollaborate with leadership to refine messaging, sales process, and go-to-market strategyConsistently meet and exceed activity and revenue targetsWhat We’re Looking For1–4+ years of sales experience (BDR, SDR, AE, or full cycle)Experience selling to contractors or in the home services space is highly preferredStrong outbound prospecting skills and comfort with high activity levelsConfident communicator with the ability to run demos and close dealsSelf-starter with a high level of ownership and accountabilityComfortable working onsite in a fast-paced startup environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive OTE of $80K–$100K with uncapped upsideOpportunity to join early and grow with the companyDirect exposure to leadership and strategic decision-makingClear path for advancement as the sales team scalesHigh-impact role with the ability to shape the sales functionThis is a strong opportunity for someone looking to break into a full-cycle sales role or accelerate their career in a high-growth startup environment.
