Together, we will change the future of energy, because the world can't wait.\n\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nAs a Manager, Technical Maintenance at Helion, you will build and lead the team responsible for keeping critical manufacturing equipment safe, reliable, and production‑ready as we scale high‑voltage capacitor and integrated module production.\n\nYou will set the operating model for maintenance, develop technicians, and establish practical systems for uptime, troubleshooting, spares, and preventive work. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can build a strong team while staying close to the equipment, failure modes, and day‑to‑day execution.\n\nYou will work closely with manufacturing, process, controls, and equipment engineering teams to support prototype and production lines, improve equipment performance, and help transition maintenance from reactive response to scalable production reliability.
