Provides support for the development of acquisition documentation, milestone reviews, and key operational/test events. Verifies that the system is being maintained and is optimized once operational.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nTypical Responsibilities/Tasks:\n\nOversees engineering activities supporting the organization's information systems being developed, modified, or operational. Plans, designs, develops, evaluates, tests, and integrates an organization's systems infrastructure, including the implementation and design of hardware and software.\nManages engineering activities of an organization's information systems.\nLead the Systems Engineering staff and activities of an organization's information systems.\nMay provide support to, review, maintain, and optimize all networked software and associated operating systems.\nOrganizes and leads the systems engineering team.
