The Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the companys exacting quality standards. This role requires strong construction expertise, hands-on leadership, excellent communication with clients and project teams, and a focus on superior finishes appropriate for luxury homes.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOversee daily on-site operations and field crews, ensuring work progresses according to plans and schedule.\nCoordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to maintain productivity and quality standards.\nEnforce strict safety protocols and maintain a safe jobsite; conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.\nPerform quality control inspections at critical stages to ensure high-end finishing, workmanship, and compliance with plans and specifications.\nRead and interpret drawings, specifications, and change orders; resolve conflicts between design intent and field conditions.\nCollaborate with Project Managers, Estimators, architects, and owners to clarify scope, resolve issues, and communicate progress.\nCreate and maintain daily reports, logs, RFIs, submittals, and other project documentation in project management software.\nManage schedule sequencing, material deliveries, and on-site logistics to minimize delays and downtime.\nMonitor budget line items and support execution of change orders and cost tracking.\nLead client walkthroughs, address homeowner concerns, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.\nCoach and mentor on-site staff and apprentices to maintain consistent standards and develop team capability.\n\nQualifications\n\nMinimum 5 years of Superintendent experience on residential construction projects, with demonstrable experience in high-end residential builds (required).\nStrong working knowledge of construction methods, trades, sequencing, and high-quality finish standards (Construction, High-End Residential, Superintendent skills required).\nProven ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and schedules.\nExperience managing subcontractors, bids, scopes of work, and on-site labor.\nProficient with construction project management tools and software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office.\nCurrent OSHA 10/30 or equivalent safety training; familiarity with local building codes and permitting processes.\nExcellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills; client-facing experience required.\nValid drivers license and reliable transportation; ability to travel between jobsites as needed.\nPreferred: hands-on background in residential remodels and finish carpentry; certifications such as Certified Superintendent, PMP, or LEED are a plus.\n- For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
