You'll define how Apple employees and partners securely access critical systems while maintaining a seamless experience. Your decisions will directly shape how we protect Apple's most valuable assets while empowering people to do their best work.Data-Driven Product Improvement - experience analyzing access patterns, authentication metrics, and security signals to surface opportunities, and a track record of driving post-incident reviews that feed directly into product roadmap improvements. Industry Engagement u0026 Trend Integration - active participation in identity, access, and security industry forums, with a demonstrated ability to translate emerging trends and standards into actionable product direction.12+ years in Product/Program Management with a significant focus on Identity u0026 Access Management (IAM), including hands-on ownership of access governance, lifecycle management, and privileged access (PAM). Deep IAM Technical Expertise - strong working knowledge of authorization models (RBAC, ABAC, ReBAC), authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, FIDO2/WebAuthn), and Zero Trust architecture principles. Cloud IAM u0026 Compliance Fluency - experience with cloud identity platforms (AWS IAM, Azure AD, GCP IAM) and familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing access management (GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CCPA). Modern Architecture u0026 Identity Standards Proficiency - understanding of APIs, microservices, and identity standards (SCIM, LDAP, Directory Services), with the ability to collaborate effectively with security and engineering teams. AI/ML Awareness in Access u0026 Security Contexts - ability to apply Gen AI and data science tools to shape access and authorization strategies across hybrid AI and traditional systems.
