Analysts operate as independent contractors and are activated through our certification and verification process.Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platformSupport investors, fund managers, and sponsors on pre-investment risk and diligence analysisIdentify financial, operational, and market risks prior to capital deploymentStress-test assumptions, downside scenarios, and investment thesesBuild a verified deal track record and Analyst Rating ScoreRating Score: 90–100Pay: $150–200/hourTypical Background:Former private equity, credit, investment banking, transaction advisory, risk consulting, or senior strategy professionals with 5+ years of investment risk or diligence experience.Rating Score: 80–89Pay: $100–150/hourTypical Background:Finance professionals with 3–5 years of experience in investment analysis, diligence execution, or downside risk assessment.Rating Score: 60–79Pay: $50–100/hourTypical Background:Entry to mid-level analysts with strong analytical skills and exposure to financial, commercial, or operational diligence.What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)Depending on certification approvals, Investment Risk & Diligence Analysts may be engaged for:Identification of key investment risks and downside exposuresSensitivity, scenario, and stress testingAssumption validation and downside case modelingRisk matrices and mitigation framework developmentQuality of Earnings (QoE) analysisRevenue durability and margin sustainability reviewCash flow and working capital risk assessmentHistorical performance validationMarket and competitive risk analysisCustomer, supplier, and concentration risk reviewOperational scalability and execution risk assessmentKPI benchmarking and variance analysisInvestment Committee & Decision SupportRisk-focused diligence sections for investment memosRed flag summaries and diligence findings reportsSupport for IC presentations and decision materialsAnalysts may only perform work in categories they are approved for. Approvals are earned through assessment performance and demonstrated analytical rigor—not tenure.How Analysts Start EarningComplete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved trainingReceive category-specific approvals (Risk Analysis, Due Diligence, Financial Review)Get verified on the platformBegin earning immediately through hourly projects and live deal engagementsNo cold applying.
