Billing/Accounting Specialist
Stuck Enterprises, Inc is a family owned company headquartered in Waynesburg, PA. Stuck Enterprises is currently seeking a Billing/Accounting Specialist.
Duties:
Review/Post daily sales
Create reports on a regular basis for management team
Submit monthly sales to proper personnel
Assist in month end closing
Previous experience with the Cargas Energy back office system would be helpful or other fuel software programs
Need to have excellent organization skills along with basic computer skills
Be flexible with daily responsibilities and promote a positive attitude
Experience:
Proficient with spreadsheets
1 year of accounting experience preferred
Energy/Fuel experience a plus
