This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.\n\nThis role will support a current on-air operations team during a major systems migration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming quality control, commercial integration, and monitoring over 150 channel streams to ensure continuous availability and quality. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to act as the last line of defense for on-air content.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nSupport the on-air operations team with programming quality control, commercial rehearsals, event preparation, and monitoring\nMaintain and manipulate on-air playlists, execute program and commercial changes, and support live-event workflows using software like SNELL Morpheus and Amagi\nTake ownership of commercial integration, ensuring flawless rolling of commercial breaks\nContribute to the team monitoring 150+ channel streams, ensuring availability and identifying inconsistencies\nGuarantee the continuity of programming by confirming the readiness of all material for on-air playout\nAct as the last line of defense for internal clients, swiftly responding to on-air discrepancies\nProtect broadcasts by simulating the viewer experience, checking for proper audio, video, captioning, and picture quality\nCollaborate with supervisors to promptly recover from any on-air discrepancies\nCommunicate with partner production teams to facilitate and execute requested changes to automation playlists\n\nRequirements:\n\nA High School Diploma and relevant certification or an Associate's Degree in Media or Communications, or equivalent professional experience\nA solid understanding of television production, broadcast operations, and/or technical production requirements\nMust be willing to work in Centennial, CO; this position is fully onsite\nMust have unrestricted employment authorization to work in the United States\nMust be at least 18 years old\nWilling and available to work any shift including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of a 24x7/365 operation\nWilling and able to view all content including that considered to be mature in nature, repetitive, and potentially controversial\n\nDesired skills:\n\nPrior professional experience working in master control or a production control room\nThe ability to maintain composure and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations\nAbility to adapt to new and changing workflows and software implementations\nAcute attention to detail and a knack for identifying inconsistencies\nAbility to multi-task and balance numerous priorities in a deadline-oriented environment\nA team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills\nA punctual, hardworking, disciplined, and dependable individual\nFluency or proficiency in Spanish is a plus\n\nPay range: up to $24.04 per hour\n\nOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) employees will be considered for this position.\n\nIf you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, apply today!\n\nAptask Global Workforce (AGW)\n\nApTask Global Workforce (AGW) is a certified Minority and Veteran workforce solutions company.
