You will have a key role in developing the bot strategy for dokbot and work closely with our product team to develop solutions that will take healthcare into the future.\nWhat you’ll do\nDesign and implement conversational interfaces for diverse applications.\nCollaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance chatbot user experience.\nIntegrate chatbots with various platforms and backend systems.\nContinuously improve chatbot understanding and responses based on user feedback.\nStay updated with the latest trends in conversational AI and machine learning, optimizing chatbot performance and addressing any issues promptly.\nYour skills and experience\nProven track record of designing and implementing chatbots for various platforms.\nFamiliarity with chatbot development tools like Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, ChatGPT, Gen-AI, or Rasa.\nStrong coding skills in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, JSON\nExperience integrating chatbots with CRM systems, databases, and other enterprise tools.\nAbility to design conversation flows, optimize user interactions, understand natural language processing, and the basics of machine learning.\nCommitment to staying updated with the latest in chatbot technology and trends.\nWhat we can offer you\nWe are committed to giving you the tools you need to do your best work.
