This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production requirements, and ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout the facility.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform receiving, putaway, picking, packing, auditing, replenishment, cycle counting, and shipping activities.\nMove materials, inventory, and finished goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, tuggers, and other material handling equipment.\nLoad and unload trucks, sort shipments, and stage materials for production or distribution.\nVerify product identification, labeling, packaging, and inventory transactions.\nMaintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies, damaged materials, or process issues.\nFollow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\nCommunicate effectively with supervisors, coordinators, inventory control, production, and warehouse team members to resolve issues and ensure workflow continuity.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nMinimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, or logistics environment.\nExperience operating material handling equipment, such as forklifts, order pickers, dock trucks, tuggers, pallet jacks, or similar equipment.\nAbility to obtain and maintain forklift certification.\nIntermediate computer skills and experience using warehouse management systems.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to lift, move, and handle materials safely throughout the workday.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n2-3 years of warehouse or distribution operations experience.\nExperience with SAP, PKMS, or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).\nCareer Readiness Certificate (CRC) or equivalent.\nExperience supporting inventory control and cycle count processes.\n\nKey Success Factors\nStrong safety mindset.\nTeam-oriented with a positive attitude and sense of urgency.\nCommitment to inventory accuracy and operational excellence.\nEffective communication and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and productivity standards.\n\nMust Have\n\nRole-Specific Requirements:\nSAP\n\nNotes:\n8:00am- 4:30pm\n\nVIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
