Deviations from this proportion may be required determined by center needs and must be approved by the Senior Director of Clinical Services & Operations.\nComplete monthly direct observation (according to specific schedule) of Behavior Analysts/Behavior Consultants providing feedback on performance, ensuring satisfactory implementation of treatment protocols, program development, and supervision of Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technicians. Direct observation includes on-site, live-virtual and recorded sessions, and completes direct observation/site visits, providing feedback on performance, ensuring satisfactory implementation of treatment protocols, program development, and supervision of Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technicians.
