We are a co-warehousing real estate company with 75+ locations nationwide. We provide warehouse space, private offices, shared coworking space, commercial vehicle parking, outdoor commercial storage, and event space. We are looking for an experienced and proactive\nFacility Lead to oversee the daily operations of our 70+ locations working alongside the U.S. facility team members. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all buildings and grounds are maintained to high standards, managing local staff, and complying with all local regulations and laws.
