We are looking for a passionate, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive substantial growth.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our retail and corporate/wholesale sales operations. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth across our physical storefront and corporate/wholesale accounts. You will oversee and mentor a team of sales associates, develop and execute sales strategies, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and hit ambitious sales targets. The ideal candidate thrives in the  fast-paced retail environment and is excited to balance in-store leadership with B2B relationship management.Key Responsibilities• Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue from both the retail storefront and corporate/wholesale clients. Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, coach, and supervise sales associates. Foster a high-performance, customer-focused team culture and conduct regular performance reviews.• Store Operations: Oversee daily operations of the flagship store, including perfecting and maintaining store standards, exceeding customer expectations and inventory management. • Corporate B2B/wholesale Sales: Manage existing corporate accounts and vigorously acquire new business. Handle client consultations, custom orders, bulk pricing, and relationship nurturing.• Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional service standards in-store and with corporate clients. Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.• Sales Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (KPIs), analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to leadership with actionable insights and new ideas.• Retail Hours: Work a flexible full-time schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by retail business needs.Qualifications & Requirements• Experience: Minimum 5 years of top management experience in retail sales (clothing/apparel). Vast retail background with proven success in both store-level and target-driven environments.• Sales Track Record: Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales goals, with specific examples of revenue growth and team performance improvements.• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams in a retail setting.• Corporate Sales: Experience managing B2B or corporate accounts is strongly preferred, particularly in gifting, co-branding, or promotional apparel.• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, vibrant personality, competitive with a love for sales, self motivated and excellent organizational abilities, proficiency with POS systems and basic sales software (e.g., Shopify).
