The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality and compassionate patient care to assigned patients in the ER. Collaborate with emergency medical teams and physicians to execute patient care plans. Assess and monitor patient's condition and progress, reporting any changes in status. Administer medications and critical care drips under the supervision of a physician. Document patient care activities accurately within the EPIC charting system. Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, families, and staff.QualificationsCurrent Registered Nurse license applicable to the state of North Dakota. Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certifications required. Experience working in an emergency room environment; Level II trauma center experience preferred. Proficiency with EPIC charting and electronic medical records. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations.
