Integrate Adult Learning and other learning theory best practices into instructor-led, asynchronous, synchronous e-learning products. Design curriculum in accordance with established learning objectives and evaluation strategies. Contribute to research and innovation initiatives. Contribute to the design, development, testing, and implementation of Learning Management Systems.
